Abyssal Refuge

I had the privilege of modeling for my cousin yesterday~! She works in cosmetology and is working on expanding her portfolio. She did the hair and makeup of me and another gal, and then we went out for a photoshoot courtesy of Nancy's Nature Photogaphy & Art . Didn't realize until late in the game that I was actually her bridal model, but that's okay. :p We'll say I'm marrying the Air Force~ Visit Jessie's styling blog/Instagram for insight on how to take excellent care of your hair - Great Hair Days  - Instagram Photo touch-ups by me. I'm having a real hard time concentrating on homework right now. Just need to pull back and do something else to regroup. There's a whole list of things I need to blog about, but let's do one I've intended to since February. 5 years in a row now, I've dressed up in some way or another and headed to an alley of cherry blossom trees in mid to late February for a photoshoot. This will be my last one here as I'm moving away from California this summer, but God knows I'll probably find some other place to do it next year. :] This was my first year doing it by myself. In previous years, I've always had a friend or two tag along, but I was okay being alone this time. I've been a bit irritated lately about school and not being able to get back to California the way I'd like to, so my aunt took me out to relax for a while today. She's a photographer and doesn't get many volunteers to model for her, so I let her get some photos of me today. We may do it again on Friday...but this shoot features my handmade sundress, which I will NOT be wearing later 'cause it'll be way too cold. ^^; Those statues you see in some of them are the subject of a lot of family jokes - we think they're pretty funny lookin', so my aunt wanted to get some shots by them just for our own amusement~ She also got a photo of my eye the other day...I found it kinda cool. ~Uni
